Job description | Planning, consultation, design, lecturing, and administration related to human resource and organization development programs for employees of Mitsui & Co., its group companies (approximately 70 companies), and its overseas trading subsidiaries |

Qualifications | Work experience related to human resource and organization development (at least 3 years), learning experience in connection with instructional design, etc., English skills (equivalent to TOEIC score of 730 or higher) |
Salary | Monthly salary: JPY328,000-460,000 Overtime pay (full payment), bonuses paid twice yearly in July and December (equivalent to 4.5 months’ salary in total in 2024) |
Employee benefits and welfare | Bonuses paid twice yearly in July and December (equivalent to 4.5 months’ salary in total in 2024), full social insurance coverage, all commuting expenses paid, retirement allowances paid |
Leave and other systems | Five-day working week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off), year-end/New Year holidays, congratulatory/condolence leave, childbirth leave, childcare leave, annual paid leave, staggered working hour system (possible to start working one hour before or after standard times), various training programs, cafeteria plan (selection-type employee benefit system), self-development support (subsidies for graduate school studies, reimbursement for purchases of business-related books) |
